Q1.What is the sample policy?

A: Free sample. We can provide free sample under 200 grams, but the shipping cost should be on the customers’ account. You can either pay the shipping cost or arrange a courier to collect the samples.
B: For transacted customer, we will ship out more quantity free sample of new products with together the latest order.
C: For new customer, free samples is available for quality evaluation before you buy commercial quantity, but the shipping cost should be paid by the buyer.
D: Free sample can be shipped out via your international DHL account, also could process the courier fee via Paypal or Western Union
