RENGTY^® Coated Oregafeed is a new type of  efficient and green feed additive which is  composed of oregano oil by molecular envelope technology and bioactive material stabilization technology. It can inhibit bacteria and develop the immunity of animal, used in feed for poultry and other animals. It is safe as a natural feed antimicrobial and growth promoter, non-toxic, no harm, no side-effect, no drug residues and no drug resistance for animal. It has same effect as colistin sulfate and olaquindox, can be replace part antibiotics.

1. Prevent and treat the livestock (especially piglet) and poultry (especially chicken) dysentery resulted from Escherichia coli and salmonella etc.

2. Increases in appetite and improved bodyweight gain due to the aromas and flavours of thymol and herbal essencial oil (fennel oil), is a very good phagostimulant for animal. Strongly promotes animals'growth and conversion ratio of the feed, improve livestock production performance and average daily gain.

3. It can exterminate bacteria and fungus such as Salmonella, E. coli and Clostridium perfringens have impress for food safety. And cure coccidiosis and brachychronic intestines disease by bacteriosis,as a natural and remarkable feed antimicrobial, it could significantly restrain bacteria growth even if it is diluted 4000-5000 times, is a compelling alternative to antibiotic growth promoters. 

4. It has a good compatibility and combines with antibiotic, enzyme and so on.For example, adding it to xylanase can support monogastric gut health and growth.

Working Mechanism of antibacterial action

Main mechanism of antibacterial action for carvacrol and thymol is membrane perforation and membrane conglutinate.

1. Make cytoderm structure albuminous degeneration and solidification, change the permeability of H+ and K+,  destroy the substance exchange and balance inside and outside of pathogenic microorganism cell, then leak out cellular constituent, then loss moisture, lead to pathogenic microorganism die.

Application

1. Suitable for all animals such as poultry, pig, ruminant and aquatic animal in order to prevent and cure disease as a natural feed antimicrobial and growth promoter.

2. It can be used for pelleting. Heat stable up to 120℃

3. Not used for clinic treatment and only used for promoting animals’ growth and preventing disease.

4. Unsuitable for the feed containing yeast because of powerful bactericidal action.

Recommended dosage of Oregafeed powder 10% 

Remarks:

1.Increase or reduce the dosage with the situation of feed materials and season.
