RENGTY^® feed grade garlic oil is produced by the latest production process independently developed, which is the most advanced technology, the garlic oil produced by the process has good stability, low residual amount of chloropropene and high content of effective sterilizing ingredients.

It is a yellow liquid with strong garlic smell, insoluble in water, partially soluble in ethanol. Although the main component in garlic oil is a thioether compound, it is chemically stable and can withstand 120°C in a non-strong acid environment. The above high temperature does not easily decompose, but if it is exposed to ultraviolet light for a long time, decomposition can be induced.
It is synthetic garlic oil which has same efficacy as natural garlic oil, but it’s cost will be cheaper too much than natural, widely used in animal and animal feed as a safe antibiotics replacer.

Working Mechanism of antibacterial action

The bactericidal action of garlic oil is mainly due to the unique physiological activity of diallyl sulfide. Allyl is a conjugate structure group, which has high electronegativity and can partially supply electrons to the adjacent sulfur atoms, so that the lack of electrons in sulfur decreases and the activity increases.

When absorbed by animal body, a certain amount of physiologically active sulfide-containing groups can be produced.

Diallyl Disulfide (DADS) and Diallyl trisulfide (DATS), as main active substance of garlic allicin, can enter the cytoplasm through the cell membrane of bacteria, oxidize the enzyme containing sulfhydryl into disulfide bond, thus inhibit cell division, and destroy the normal metabolism of bacteria and cancer cells.

 

 

 

 

Functions

1. It has a broad-spectrum and high-efficiency bactericidal effect; it has a strong killing effect on Gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria. Experiments have shown that 1PPM of garlic oil can play a role in bacteriostatic and bactericidal action, and can replace antibiotics in feed. It has significant prevention and treatment effects on diseases such as dysentery, enteritis, avian hemorrhage, Escherichia coli, respiratory diseases and fish, shrimp, crab, cockroach, red spot, and intestinal inflammation.

2. Prevent disease. Prevent usual contagion, especially prevent chicken coccocidiosis. Prevent fish from enteritis, gill-rot disease,red-skin disease, bleeding disease.

3. Seasoning and attracting food to improve feed quality. It has a strong and pure smell of garlic and can replace other fragrances in the feed. It can improve the odor of feed, stimulate the fish, livestock and poultry to produce a strong attracting effect, so that the appetite is greatly increased, and the feed intake is increased.

4. Used a health protection and make animal strong, reduce toxicity from mercury, cyanide and nitrite, improve disease resistance and immunity, lower mortality

5.Used as a mould inhibitor, the test shows that garlic oil has a strong inhibition and killing effect on Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus fumigatus, can effectively prevent mold mildew, prolong the storage of feed, can replace the mold in the feed Agent.

6. Used as an anthelmintic, inhibit fly larvae to grow, garlic odor is also effective in repelling flies, mites and other insects from the feed.

At 70℃-125℃, adding different dosage ensure garlic aroma is no change in 1 min

2.Conclusion:This product has a good heat stability. Heat stable up to 125℃ dosage 150 mL/t, we can also smell strong garlic aroma.

Application

1. Suitable for all animals especially poultry and aquatic animal in order to improve palatability, attractant,health protection, antiseptic,prevent and cure disease as a natural feed antimicrobial and growth promoter.

2. Only require a little of dosage, it can improve palatability and attractant, but if replace antibiotic, need to increase more dosage.

3. Not used for clinic treatment and only used for promoting animals’ growth and preventing disease.
